from what I've heard, the traction lights only come on if the clock spring isn't centered.

I don't know if NRG have released a new design, but I had to return mine because it doesn't work with the twins.
Look at the third pic:

It needs that hole for the cables to go thru and space for the plug which the nrg I got didn't have it.

Yeah well I'm an idiot I meant to say that I bought the nrg short hub I was wondering is there anyway to make the traction control and all the lights to go out ... I haven't received it yet but I don't wanna ride around with no abs and traction control ..

Nrg Hub with Dnd quick release . HELP

Nope. Nrg short hub doesn't retain the factory clock spring. That's why the lights stay on. Gotta go with a different company's hub that does retain the factory clock spring if you want the lights to go away.

Ok need your advise

Say I get a shop to install it so I can't really jack it up do you think it worth it to go with that hub or say fuck it and grab something elese

If you haven't installed it yet return it and buy the works bell hub. I have the nrg and that happen to me. There's nothing wrong with my car other than I don't have the sport mode button working nor my traction control one. If you want those just buy the works bell hub. It's compatible with your clock spring. I already installed my nrg a while back and had boughten the works bell but it didn't fix anything because since I took my clock spring to make the nrg hub to fit and apparently getting the clockspring "fixed" again cost a lot. Which I would rather spend my money on other things right now. Best bet is to get the works. Use that one instead

I say sell/return the hub and get a different one like works.

A shop won't do it since it's illegal to mess with the airbags in your car. Therefore steering wheel is no acception unless it's strictly a track car
