Typical Nameless turnaround on orders?
 

Waiting on an exhaust I ordered from Nameless two weeks ago. Just trying to get an idea of the typical turnaround folks are experiencing. Thanks

Why not call them and ask what's up?

I emailed him. Waiting on a response. From this thread, I am trying to ascertain what's typical. I gather (now) that they build these systems when ordered, rather than having them in stock...

Yes, my bad...I misinterpreted it as being a section on exhaust stuff in general...moderator, take me away...

yes. they usually make it when it's ordered

It took me roughly 6-8 weeks. They hand build these things, and put lots of care into them. WELL worth the wait, I assure you.

When I initially placed my order, they told me 3-4 weeks. After 4 weeks, I called and was told another 3-4 weeks. Sometime close to the 7 week mark I was told to talk to them if I didn't hear back soon.

I'm over 9 weeks and still not a word.

When I initially called about a refund, I got a hostile response and was told that I'd only get a 50% refund on my order. I had to eventually speak with the owner who offered a 100% refund. I decided to wait some more.

... still waiting.

If I don't have a delivered product soon I'll be taking it up with the credit card company and giving Perrin a call.
