**BUYER BEWARE**

*****BUYER BEWARE******
Has anyone ordered wheels from Intune Racing - Andrew Aufseeser?

I payed for gramlights back in April 25th and was told I'd get the wheels by end of May. It's almost August.

They never answer the phone or reply on sales@intuneracing.com or FB messenger. They just ignore me. I discovered I'm not the only customers that were blown off". luckily others have gotten refunds from PayPal protection.

I've disputed a claim with PayPal. Does anyone have experience with these guys?

There's a vendor review section on the forums. I hope you get your money back though!

Why did you wait for so long to do something? Why don't you call them?

You purchased from a company with this on the front page:

Quote:

We are your #1 stop for finding you new or used parts and accessories at the best prices. Unlike most online parts and accessories stores, we do not push our in-stock items. We provide you items you want and need.
They are essentially telling you that they are a fly by night company that doesn't stock any inventory and can close up shop and start a new one under another name at any time. Sorry bro, but try to get your money back and order from a reputable dealer next time.

Come on Swarb. You are better than this.

You're right. I misread.
But waiting so long to do something and spending a large amount of money on a questionable vendor is not the way to go. And using a third party payment like paypal is not a good idea either.

A google search of "authorized dealers of rays wheels" pulls up
"We are the exclusive importers for Rays Wheels"
http://www.mackin-ind.com/authorized-dealers/
I check New Jersey and In-Tune Racing is not listed.

I understand trying to save a few bucks by avoiding taxes and ordering out of state, but you could also order from a neighboring state and save on shipping.

I guess all this info is all useless now.

Don't waste time and directly call/contact paypal. If that doesn't work quickly, call your credit car company that is connected to paypal and dispute the charges. You might lose your paypal account, but I would say it is worth it.

Thanks everybody for your concern. I'm currently working with paypal about this.
