I'll start, MTEC shift springs and a 4.56 final drive.

AKA The this is how it should have come from the factory FOR ME thread.
AKA the I am way smarter than the engineering teams that designed it thread.
AKA the lets turn it into a $50k car that they should have charged $15k for thread.

That's why it's so damn cheap, comparatively.

Yeppers. There were several things I didn't like from the factory. The exhaust was way to quiet, they stand too high and that sound tube drove me insane. I changed them to what I wanted but know without a doubt that if it came from the factory like it is now many people would just not be interested.
The car had too be designed to meet many regulations, appeal to the broadest demographics possible and meet a certain price point.

Flap over the trunk disable button

I know it wouldn't cost the same as a factory option...
But I'm only in 29.5k total with a supercharger.

So, your '14 10 series doesn't have heated mirrors, but my base model '13 does? Sweet.

Auto open trunk button...

Forgive me asking but clarify for my sake.

By that, do you want the trunk to open all the way up???

There's a trunk button right next to the dash light dimmer (and head light level adjuster on the BRZs), along with a trunk button on the key fob....

I too would like some clarification but it does remind me that a smart key along with a button on the trunk would be nice... Then again, do BRZs have that?
