Looks like the Oceanic has more flake.
That and the UM color code is EH9 which is Subaru's paint code for Galaxy Blue Silica. And the OB is K3X. So they are a tad different.
I'm personally biased towards the blue and think they both look the best.

I think it's suppose to be slightly brighter and lighter but.. given the changes between UM and Oceanic, I doubt you can tell the difference unless you compare side by side.

Hey everyone! Got a Oceanic FRS a few weeks ago, and was wondering if anyone got any pics of it with Gold color wheels. Trying to decide what color would fit the car best after its lowered or at stock. Google wasn't much help lol

This color is pretty much Ultramarine Blue so If you look in the wheels section or the Ultramarine compilation thread in this section someone has them on to show.

Hey everyone, trying to decide what color taillights I want to get, anyone got some input on those Valenti Tailights and which would fit the color and not make it look odd or weird? I can't see to decide on which I like from the pics, since some of the pics of the taillights looks different.
