Engine Swap Idea

I'm not thinking of doing this the idea popped into my head reading this thread.

Put one the best GM performance engines IMHO into the FR-S, a Buick Grand National Engine. Those of you who have ever see this car and driven or rode in one this would be a sleeper car. No V8 the V6 is lower weight and less displacement and it wont be pulling a heavy chassis. No torque dip in this engine. Probably still get great fuel milage too. Just an idea.

Old tech...A modern LSx is a much better option if you wanted gm.

The idea of 80s-style turbo lag in a 2800 lb car terrifies me.

I bet that old V6 also weighs a ton, probably all iron. I'd bet it's heavier than most of the LSx engines too.
