Yep, you can order it right on the scion website. Borla sells it as their European version, since it meets the Euro specs, p/n: 1014034:

I haven't head the trd exhaust, but I have zero drone with my setup. On the stock header/frontpipe etc. it had a nice growl but very quite for the most part.
