Rays Volk Racing CE28N 17x8.5 +44

Took some snaps earlier today. Just had the wheels mounted. Thought i'd share the setup since its a pretty rare fitment.

CE28 17x8.5 +44 mounted on Dunlop ZII 235/40/17. On Tein Type Flex coilovers. No spacers, etc. Approx 2.5 degrees camber in front and 1.8 in the rear.

Thanks! Couldn't decide on having them refinished a different color, but after having them mounted I guess I'm sold on the bronze.

Was too good a deal to pass up! :D

Joe-G 12-24-2015 02:38 AM

So I ended up getting these refinished in red.

Still the same set of 17x8.5 +44 CE28 on 235/40 ZII. However, theres a 20mm spacer installed on the front making it +24...

I have -2.8 degress of camber in the front. -1.8 in the rear. No spacer in the rear yet.

Sorry for the cell phone pics

Where did you pick these up from? I'd love to grab some if I can find a reputable dealer.

They are Volks. Which means, if they are not in stock, no matter how "reputable" the dealer is, you will wait.... 90 days. My guess. Just call around, there are great vendors on this forum.

IMHO these are near perfect for the twins.

Hey! I can order you a set of 17x8.5 +44 CE28N if you want. ETA is around 12-16 weeks.

We do however have a set of 17x9.0 +44 CE28SL in stock ready to ship if interested.

TruthfulDeception 10-11-2016 12:42 AM

I'll give them a look, thanks!

Good try on the Red wheels, but if ... if I was in your shoes I'd stick with bronze (or a matte silver ... same wheel).

Do you have any issues rubbing with this setup? Also do you have any poke? Im considering purchasing a set of these, but here in Australia we cant have any wheel poke, its illegal :( Like the way the 8.5 width looks

No rubbing issues on both inside and out. Its a good offset, and no poke whatsoever as pictured in the OP (bronze color)... however, I believe I was running a 20mm spacer after I had them coated as pictured above (had minimal poke).
