Rubbing noise at ~70 degrees steering both ways

Wondering if anyone experienced something similar... Getting a rubbing sound, sounds like tire against plastic but not sure. Somehow only occurs at about 70-100 degrees give or take of steering input in either direction.

Current on ohlins with about 2 finger gap in front. 17x9 + 35 wheels with 245/40/17 tires. 3 degrees of camber.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Tires rubbing fenders? That's my first guess.

@Bergen23 could be the fender liner but it's just odd that it makes no noise at full lock, only near the middle of turn

I wonder if by left rubbing marks on tires or inside wheel arches it cannot be seen where and what exactly rubs?
