question about K&N air filter
 

Anyone have any experience with the K&N air filter for FRS/BRZ? I've heard there's better throttle response and possible very small HP increase.

My original filter got dirty after 3 years. I recently got K&N drop in filter to replace it. I don't feel any difference. But I think the fuel economy went up. 5/30 fill up in below link is the first full tank fill up after K&N filter. The last time I got 29 mpg is in July 2013. But it could just mean that I was getting worse MPG because the original filter was dirty.
