The three places I used in the past that were exceptional were, Marco, Cenco Body, and ironically, Longo Toyota. Always well mannered and job is professional. Parts are always ordered and OEM

What time did you go? Sounds like bs...

Bumping this for no reason. The bumper sag was due to the shop i took it to. It was DTM autobody in El Monte. Instead of giving me a new oem bumper they just repaired and repainted it. Bumper is still sagging and every time i bring it back they just readjust it and it fixes it for a few days. This was partially my fault, I've never been in a car accident where i had to have major body work done, so going to DTM i entrusted my car to them. At first they made me feel good, said they would help me pay my deductible and throw in some coils (about 450$ coils.) I was like man these guys are cool, theyre giving me free stuff (even though i ended up paying a little extra because i wanted sts and some headlights.) Anyways back to the main point, they repaired my bumper and repainted it (which is now cracking and sagging.) Fog light is cracked, side marker area is cracked in the bumper which they just bondo'd, my side marker which was missing a A clip from accident which never got replaced fell off the freeway scratching my rims, and I'm finding over spray all over my car. My bumper was also struck (i was t-boned and they road my car from front to back on driver side) bumper was repainted, they clear coated over my bumper protect-ant plastic film. So im going back tomorrow to get my front bumper repainted. You win some you lose some i guess.

Wow that's very surprising because DTM has such a big following and praise for their work. Sucks to hear about your situation but from what I know they really do care about doing quality work and their reputation.

Yup, will call in today. Front bumper is cracking, door has weird layered swirl marks, and bumper has paint chips sticking out. Roof has overspray from clear coat. I only started noticing this stuff when i really started to examine it hard. Going to see if they can get all that done and fix my bumper because it is still sagging and wasn't like this prior to car accident on bringing the car in.

Are they part of your insurance carrier's direct repair program or was it a shop of your choice?

Yea, scheduled an appointment on monday. Car will be in for approximately four days. Bumper paint is cracked due to something interior pushing the bumper out. I also have been going to dtm to have them readjust my bumper regularly and they put a screw in it, probably from tension of the screw pushing against the bumper from the inside. My door will get repainted from imperfection and swirl marks, roof will get buffered due to over spray. I was going to let them repaint my rear bumper from some imperfections but i got rear ended yesterday and so thats out of their warranty now. Basically they are redoing everything they painted minus my front driver side fenders.

Side note* when i arrived it was about 12:30pm and their adjuster was just about to take off. Hes only there for an hour a week apparently and seems to be a third party person.

That's good to hear but not about getting rear ended. Hopefully you're okay. I would not let them repair the rear bumper lol. Are you going to the 626 meet tonight?
