Looking for specific plate frame dimensions.
 

Hi all, I'll try to make this as short as possible.
I'm ordering custom plates soon, however the "standard issue" plate with no background images etc. in my lovely state of Virginia now comes with our awesome state motto:

There are really no alternatives to customizing 7 characters without colorful designs or a break for the state seal in the middle.
So what I'm looking for is a simple, black frame(not into the lettering) with a width of 1 1/2" for the bottom of the frame. Most results I've found only list the length and height (or sometimes thickness) of the frame but not the width.
If anyone knows of any plates with these dimensions that would be awesome.

I found these two. Don't think it's exactly what you are looking for but I presume it covers up the motto. For some reason, they don't list dimensions but give a look-see and judge for yourself. :)
