JDM Clear Side Markers
 

Anyone have the JDM clear side markers on their FR-S and still got through the inspection needed to register your car in Hawaii?

If the car has no wheel/suspension mod, I believe the car does not have to go through RECON but I wanted to find out if anyone has got through the inspection with the clear markers and passed.

As long as you have amber bulbs installed there should be no issues.

Do you live in Oahu?
You're talking about the safety inspection correct? Obviously, it wouldn't pass RECON, but doesn't require RECON right?
