BRZ signal light bulb

Anyone know what bulbs are the signal lights for the front and rear of the BRZ? I'm looking at getting bulbs that aren't amber, since I'm not such a fan of the look.

Thanks :)

I think if you pop open the manual Subaru has it listed right inside the front pages... (Not trying to be a smart ass... Just impressed they had it so easy to find!)

Also if you register your VIN on Subaru.com you can access the manual stuff online... I'll go see if I can find it since I'm registered to give you a page.

Thank you. I deserve some snark for that one but I'm not near my car nor able to access it at the moment :)

No problem! Def go register at Subaru.com for their "My Subaru" access. Just need your VIN! Being able to access the manual online and search for keywords is great!

7440 bulbs are supposedly the same size. I bought some silver ones I'll be installing after work. I'll post some pics if they fit.

fyi if you have some silver spray paint and are moderately crafty... you can just remove the bulbs, mask them with some newspaper/whatever and spray a light coat of silver on them. they will still light up amber, but when off they will look silver in the taillight housing. did this on my MR2 and it's been great. DIY FTW.

Just buy chrome coated bulbs...they are chrome looking and blend in with the reflectors when off, but still burn amber when they light up.

I recommend Philips Silver vision bulbs. They are no longer made for the size the BRZ uses but you can still get them at autolamps-online.com

Work great and look even better. I already have them installed and ordered a back-up set of four.
