OFT 700I (eu AT)

my current stock ecu is the 700I. I beleive this rom has been superseeded by the A01I. however are they the same? or are there small differences.

I cant find any romraider def XMLs for 700I either.

With OFT maps the 700I tuned rom is actually an A01I map with the calid changed to oft will load it as a 700I.

If your running an oft 700I tuned rom you already have an A01I,

if you editing oft maps always use the oft defs see the romraider tips link below

the main difference between 700I and A01I factory maps was the transient ignition retard fix for DI seal problems due knock.

I would run @Waynos maps here if you have I series rom on Aussie fuels

so if i load the A01I def from the OFT releases, then edit the calid to 700I, and load that thru romraider, i wont screw up my ecu right?

if your using oft you will have to ise the oft 700I rom and oft 700I def. they are actually A01I defs and roms altered to look like 700I

if you using tactrix then just use A01I roms and defs as tactrix does not check original rom id

If it's a stock ECU rom (no OFT rom) then I would let it update it at the dealer to the most current one (A01I).
