H7 OLM 5000k HID Issue? Or Not?

ISSUE HAS BEEN FIXED!!!
I started to fiddle more with the bulb and even went as far as to use a TRS cleaning pad on it and reinstall it again from scratch, and the issue has disappeared the beam is now smooth and looks like oem |
