Suggestion for a turbo kit on a Scion FRS
After owning a stock FRS for about a year now, I have saved up some money for a V2 Rocket Bunny (and coilovers) and a turbo kit. I want around 300-400 HP. I can do the install myself on both the Rocket Bunny and a turbo kit. Which turbo kit should I get for my FRS? My turbo budget is 8,000 dollars. I've looked into Greddy kits, but I would like to take in some suggestions before I do anything.

I'd go with Ptuning or Fullblown with that budget

I think most people would agree that you should go with Full Blown, RevWorks, PTuning and maybe AVO.
This thread may help you out as well: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=56783 |

do a triple turbo setup.
save money by not tuning, just a shops way of extracting more money from you. |

HMMMM saved $8000 over a year, can do a RB and turbo install themselves, yet hasn't done one lick of research until now.

In all seriousness, the link that themajesticone gave is pretty awesome. If I ever do want more power (really big if) I bookmarked that thread for future use. |
