Hi to everyone...
I opened this thread to warn all buyers and sellers.

Stay away from username stillmatik86.
Do not make any business with him....

I blown my engine and because of i need money for repairing my car i had to sell all my aftermarket parts.

sold rocket bunny wing, sold supercharger, sold coilovers...
didn't have any problem!

I also wanted to sell my taillights ( buddy club )
and posted pics of them after removing!
and before removing them from my car, I checked them double ( they had 0 problems )

he wanted to buy, because he found them very cheap!

I packaged them together with the relay! in original box i shipped them from Europe to Usa.

You can guess shipping wasn't cheap. and I paid it from my pocket!

after all I provided him a tracking number as i promised!


he got the package and 1 week later he told me flashing effect of taillights is not working properly.


But i swear to God they were working perfect. even my friends was telling me don't sell they look so good on car but i had to sell because i needed money.


After long time he charged back from paypal.
Got his money back ! got the taillights totally free.
Didn't ship them back!

shortly:
1) i spent energy and time to package them and drive post office 50km and wait in line for hours to ship.
2) paid money for international shipping ( from my pocket ) and lost that money either.
3)I had good looking taillights and now i have nothing
4)He didn't pay anything for this tails and got them totally free!


So,
Please be careful all, to who you sell! or from who you buy.
Just wanted to warn.

Some people are just not honest in this world plain and simple. I also never deal with over sea's deals. Did you get insurance and how much for the value? You should be able to put a damage claim in.

I sent the package as a gift for him so it won't help =(

Isn't rule #1 sending the goods after the payment has cleared? I never sent anything without money up front, that's for sure.

Thats your first mistake. You have no recourse when you do that

He paid it sounds like before shipment but filed a dispute/chargeback.

@Stillmatik86 - what's your side of the story?

I would not sell anything to someone who had 1 post prior to PM'ing you. But hope everything works out.

I sent him a pm and told he must ship my taillights back and prove me a tracking nu, however got no response.

I don't understand how can paypal let him chargeback if he even didn't send my taillights back.

Thanks to anyone who supports, and please be careful when you are selling and buying.
It really feels bad to loose money and time in this way.
