My guess is $6k-$8k and up from there. Not sure about the entry level ones

Good guess for single adjust with upper mounts. That's the cost of total domination.

Revalves are $75 per corner and $40 in oil if you need it. Complete rebuilds with new seals, oil, etc. are $150 per corner.

Springs are your choice or we can guide you. Raceseng will have some recommendations after we finish on-track testing.

Any other technical questions just fire away.

Are these custom for the 86 or off of the universal tubes you guys have?

Some custom parts some parts that fit other applications.

Ouch. While the S2000 doesn't use more expensive camber plates, this is what a Penske 9300 dual adjustable with remove reservoirs costs:

$4280

can you confirm if you plan on providing SCCA Street-Class compliant units?

or is this all going to be a coilover type setup to be used with helical springs of whatever stiffeness the client wants?

RBbugBITme 06-23-2015 04:04 PM

The camber plates are minimal. All of the cost difference between our Corvette/Miata/Supra/Honda/Etc. applications and the BRZ/Mustang/Camaro are the way we design struts. Its superior in every way to a big 22mm shaft design but there are more parts, more critical surfaces, more material, etc. If it was cheap and easy, more Asian mfgs. would be doing it.

Which rules are you concerned about?

No Springs either. So Then add ~$300-$400+ for springs.

The reuse of the OEM springs, spring perches, and top hats.

Yeah. You will find most shock packages don't come with springs. I prefer Hyperco for $55 a pop.

in stock class you are allowed to upgrade your dampers, so long as

-they are used with oem springs
-spring perch is at oem height
-mounting holes don't allow for camber adjustment beyond oem levels
-and I believe the oem tophat must be used, or if aftermarket I think it can't alter the vehicle height or offer alignment changes.
