2001 Honda S2000 AP1 Many AP2 Parts

Hey folks,

Selling a 2001 Honda S2000 AP1 with a lot of AP2 parts, Clean title (in hand) with ZERO accidents. I just bought a 2015 BRZ Limited so this was just an alternative, project, fun car that I regularly commuted to work in. I didn't put a lot of these OEM upgrades on the car and they were sourced from different S2K's, it was how I bought it:

AP2 ECU
AP2 Gauge Cluster (104k on cluster)
AP2 Engine (approximately 30k on motor 220psi compression in all cylinders)
AP2 Stg 2 Clutch & Flywheel (new)
AP2 Transmission (same as engine)
AP2 Seats (some wear on driver's side seen in pictures)
AP2 Headlights (plastic is weathered)
AP2 Taillights
AP2 Front and Rear Bumpers
AP2 Axel Back Exhaust

Test Pipe (catless)
Cold Air Intake (I don't know brand - on when purchased).
Alarm on car

Rear Tires are OEM sized and have 90% life left and are matching.
Front Tires are OEM sized have 50% life left.
No tears in soft top roof convertible, closes very quickly without issue, no leaks.
AC Blows Ice cold
Factory CD player

Issues / Concerns:
-Wear on Driver's seat (seen in picture)
-Paint blemishes on driver door top sill and top part of rear quarter panel
-Check engine light, is on from test pipe being catless, purge valve solenoid and air pump delete.
NOTE** I Paid $119.95 for dealer (coral springs honda) to complete a full inspection and diagnosis, confirmed CEL's and repairs (have paperwork). ABS light has been on since I bought it, but was from previous owner stating an abs sensor cracked when he put on the slotted Rotors/Pads and painted the calipers (has not effected braking performance).

I ran a compression test (6-9-15) and all 4 cylinder's are still making 220psi (very good) and Vtech engages perfectly, starts quickly and purrs like a kitten. Shifts hard and without grinding or slippage, new clutch bites hard and has a lot of pedal pressure. It needs some TLC but it is in overall good shape and I am pricing it to sell and it's significantly cheaper than higher mileage S2k's in any distance on Autotrader.
