Need some help...Sways & Springs

So over the weekend I had a Eibach Pro-Plus kit (sways & springs) installed on my BRZ. After driving for about 35 miles on the highway I finally came to a stop at some lights and heard some rattling/clunking noise from the front end. Car was driving fine and everything. I took the front wheels off to see if everything was tight. Everything seemed tight but I noticed that the front sway bar was having contact with what I think is the catalytic converter. Please see pictures. The car has a HKS Legamax exhaust on it. I bought the car with the exhaust already on, so I'm not sure if the cat is OEM or not.

So my questions...
1. Does that look like the stock catalytic converter?
2. Anyone else have this problem?
3. Any solutions?

I am bringing the car back next Saturday anyway for a follow up alignment and will check over everything once I am there, bit figured I would ask you all if you have any suggestions. Please see pics.

Edit: By looking at some pictures I now know that it is rubbing against the overpipe. Any suggestions? Try a different overpipe?

Different pipe, or apply a clearance dent to the pipe.
