FS: TRD Exhaust (FR-S , BRZ) Toyota Racing Development

I am looking to sell my used TRD exhaust, I bought the exhaust new and is in MINT condition. This exhaust is non-resonated and has a very nice Subaru rumble when you accelerate. New TRD exhaust sells for $1000 but I am asking for $700.

Is that the orientation it was in while bolted to the car? I bet it scraped and rattled. No wonder you're selling it.

Oh, the mid pipe is displayed backwards. I get it.

That doesn't look quite right (aside from it being placed on the floor backwards - easy mistake if you don't do your own wrenching). A mint TRD setup looks like this:

The item listed looks like a TRD axle back with some other mid?

My thoughts too. The TRD cat back most definitely has a resonated mid pipe.

Theres no scratches or any leaks, it was taken off the car after 3000 miles. I just put it gently on the floor to take a picture. The exhaust is all TRD, its only non-resonated. I deleted the resonator at a professional exhaust shop.

Aside from the resonated pipe section missing, I can't see a difference between the mint picture posted and the OP's. But why would you call a modified item mint? If I modified a coin, it would no longer be mint. Oh well, glws.

I wonder how this exhaust sounds unresonated. Or if i just have a shop make me a 2.5+ mid pipe with it. I almost got this exhaust but it wasn't loud enough.

Its significantly louder when it became non-resonated.

The exhaust itself is in mint condition, the midpipe had its resonator deleted. I had it done at a professional exhaust shop. There is no issues at all, sounds great, no leaks and performs excellent.

Aha - now it makes sense. You should edit the original post to mention you had it changed professionally. The TRD exhaust does not come that way originally so I think the disconnect can put some potential buyers off a bit when they see the midpipe that looks "wrong". It probably does actually sound pretty nice - GLWS!

With the midpipe resonator deleted, its significantly louder.
