Agree! I am not too knowledgeable on the engine and anything under the hood, but willing to attend, learn, and help out anything for the twins. I've done exhausts and dash-cam rewiring.

this is an excellent idea. i have a list of mods/maintenance to do after postponing for over two months. seems like a lot of people want to do the backup camera, i'm down for a meet on the weekends to pick up some tips or learn along the way.

among my list of other mods to do still:

OFH
PIAA horns
Perrin shifter bushing
MT fluid swap

I have a buddy that just picked up a RS1.0 that might wanna tag along and check out everyones ride for inspiration, maybe even lend a hand somewhere lol. Anyone have a location yet? I'm assuming Sunday 6/14 would be the date?

Ugh unfortunately I'll be in DC on the 14th. :-( Thanks Toni for taking charge! Great checking out your garage today.

Again I'll be working on my car all day tomorrow in West LA/Santa Monica if anyone wants to stop by. I can definitely help with any small projects that you may have.

I considered these when I swapped mine but the wiring looked kind of annoying. I'm planning on wiring courtesy lights for my FRS soon if you want to watch me suffer through fitting the wires through that tube that leads inside the car, which I hear is a big pita. Pretty sure that's the hardest part for you as you'd probably have to splice the mirrors into the turn signals some how...I don't mind taking a try at your mirrors.

BRZtoni do you have enough parking space in the streets? I'd love to come help out but it looks like there's a lot of interest for this Sunday and I don't want to take a driveway spot if someone needs help. That and my car is pretty low...

What are people planning to do for this DIY? Also, is your driveway dog friendly?? If so, Choco bring your doge too!

Edit: Wth am I talking about...lol your car looks pretty low too so your driveway must be low friendly!

I'll be down to show up and help, as well as get parts installed on mine as well lol. I have headers and overpipe. Idk if I can make it sunday though so if there is going to be another one of these I'll try to get work off.

I'm down to help out as well. Have a good knowledge base on taking apart most of the interior of the car. Would like to learn on how to install the reverse camera.

@customfab87

Should update the OP with the detail.

Maybe the time, date, and location along with username+parts that they want to install?

I'm curious to attend it just to watch how to install it. Currently don't have anything need to install for mine (been thinking wheels), but nice to just watch and learn from others .

Lol I might be @ Cali this weekend... I need rear view camera too.
