Frontpipe and Overpipe Match for Perrin 2.5"
 

Well, after searching the forum for the last hour or two, I can't seem to find the answer I'm looking for. I have a Perrin 2.5" cat back and am looking for a frontpipe and overpipe or a combo with equal or better build quality. My intention is to remain NA for a while. If anything, I'll have to go SC due to emissions in Northern Virginia.


I kind of fell off the face of the universe for over a year, so I have no clue what the market looks like now. Suggestions?

I have the JDL ultra-quiet FP (their marketing term for cat + resonator) + their 2.5" OP with the perrin 2.5" resonated. Sound is great, but definitely resonates a lot. On the road, it's perfect. In a parking garage, though, i set off car alarms with the deep bass + UEL rumble.

But whatever. I love it anyways.

That's what I started looking at after the reply from @2016 Camaro SS. I rarely have to deal with a parking garage or anything. On the road is my only concern. For me, if the exhaust doesn't set off alarms, my custom stereo will :)

i had an ark catless resonated front pipe and a perrin overpipe with my perrin 2.5 inch catback. loved the combination and am selling the front pipe and cat back since i picked up a perring 3inch fp/cbe to go full perrin from the header back. i like the 3inch but i almost prefer the sound from the 2.5 inch set up.

I have perrin resonated with nameless op/fp with Helmholtz and hi-flow cat. It's sounds very deep, but definitely on the quiet side. It's because I am preparing for catless header.

I have a similar setup. FT86Speedfactory catted header and Nameless OP/DP combo. With the header its a bit loud...but i love it. The fitment is really good. Initially had issues but Nameless fixed them immediately.
