Hotchkis sway bars

I just got the hotchkis stage 1 kit. Springs and front and rear sway bars and they are clunking like CRAZY. I had the springs installed 2 weeks before the way bars and the spring a never made a sound, so its got to be the sway bars. Everything is tight but i cant for the life of me figure out why stuff is clunking. Does anyone know what it could be? Im using OEM front end links too btw. Thanks guys

Can you snap a few other photos a little further away? Just to get another look a a few other things.

I have seen issues in the past where the end link bolts feel tight but the powder coat or paint on the bar causes it to free up and be just loose enough to make noise. I usually lightly sand down the coating around the hole in the sway bars to stop this from happening

Don't see anything jumping out. When does it make the noise? All the time, larger bumps, going in and out of driveways?

Tighten the end links again, until you think it's gonna break.

Top and bottom nuts, not just bottom.

Maybe Aaron from @Hotchkis has some ideas? I haven't had any clunking with mine.
