ST Coilovers & Corrosion/Rust Issues with Salt
 

I've searched he threads and haven't found much straight answers. If anyone has these coils how has your car handled over 2+ winters in the northeast or anywhere that there is heavy salting in the winter months. Are the bilstein B14s a better choice in terms of protection from corrosion?

I've had my STs on since October last year. Car is not daily driven but has been out after snowstorms so it's seen a decent bit of salty road conditions.

There is minor pitting at the base and some surface rust where the hub connects. Other than that theyre fine.
