What you need to do is flash the car. Then follow these steps:

1. Start engine and don't touch the gas. Let it idle for 5-10m so that it can learn and settle into a stable idle.
2. Shut engine off.
3. Turn car to On, but don't start engine.
4. Depress the gas pedal all the way and fully release. Do this about 10-20 times.
5. Turn off
6. Start car as usual.

The pedal trick helps the ECU learn the full range of pedal travel faster.

Have a read of the Flashing-Reset-learning link below and the oft tips link

Golden rules
Never start car during read or write process
Key on means full on not just accessory but do not start or have engine running
Never flash car with a weak, suspect or flat battery
docnot intterupt process
do not mess with anting in car lights switches radio ect during flash or read
ecu needs stable voltage during flash or read
