Rear Wheel Well Rubber Flap - Stone Guard?

My car recently went out of warranty and I've been digging through diagrams to match a part that came loose from its clip due to a tear. It's the little rubber flap circled in green. Based on the diagrams I think it's the stone guard but wanted to see if anyone has replaced that and can confirm the part name.

I was hoping to avoid those guys. It took them 4 visits to fix a loose axle nut. On the first visit when I mentioned the noise it was making they said "two of the guys that work in the shop drive an FR-S and they said it's the exhaust and it's normal." This was after I had already suggested it was the axle nut and if not, worst case a cracked part in the diff that some people have had.
I'm afraid if I take the car in to order the part (which is about $8 online from dealers that sell OEM bits and bobbles) they will charge me $37.99 and try to add muffler bearings to my order ;) But I may swing by anyways. If they pick the same part I think it is and charge me < $10 I'll feel ok.

just call them and ask for a price on it. you don't need to go in person. they can pull up the diagrams on their computer and tell you. no need to feel obligated to buy it. and if they pressure you, just hang up lol

To me it looks like a 65632B PLATE, REAR WHELL HOUSE, FRONT LH, but I could be wrong. Check the diagram:
