BlackMonarch, DO NOT DEAL WITH
 

A few weeks ago BlackMonarch was selling an open flash tablet on here. Posted that it was not VIN locked which I took for being unmarried. After receiving it, it still is married. After a day of trying to contact him I open a dispute with paypal. He then contacts open flash and a deal is made that he will pay a replacement fee to OpenFlash and I would mail the tablet to them to exchange. Which I did after verifying with open flash. For him to pay openflash the PayPal dispute needed closed, which stupidly I did since he seemed to be making the whole thing right.

After several days of him stating that he couldn't get ahold of them I finally reach out to open flash to see what the deal was. Open flash has been able to get a hold of me easily and has sent BlackMonarch invoices to pay them.
I sent another message to him that he had 48 hours to respond or I would reopen the dispute, which now I know I cant. I'll call paypal tomorrow and deal with that.

All in all, I am out an extra 150 bucks from this screw up over what a brand new oft costs. Not the end of the world but still just enough to puss someone off.

Brent Dempsey, hopefully you will see this an live up to your agreements.
