This may have just gotten weird.

To be honest, when you got it dipped you should have used the new DYC top coat. It clears all the texture and can give the car a semi-gloss or gloss look.

For example, the E46 M3 was dipped using the new top coat. And the miata was dipped with black with the top coat to give it a semi gloss.

Also, you can use dip remover from DYC to take off dip. Comes out super easy and it's actually fun.
