[PDX] Filming footage for mega meet
 

Anyone interested in filming footage to use in a reel for the meet in July? Short clips of car start ups, leaving garage, cruising/parked around town, etc. Just to generate a stockpile of film footage to cut and paste into a final vid for the "We've Got 86" event. I picked up a Canon Vixia G20 last year but haven't had use for it beyond filming my kids. Let's do some cool car stuff with it! :D

In my mind, I was thinking we can do it whenever people have time. It doesn't have to be everyone at once. Just individuals on their own free time. My guaranteed days off are Thursdays-Saturday every other Wednesday. So end of the week antics are all fair game.

We can also designate a Saturday or something to do a few group shots if people want to do that.

Who's putting together the video?!

I would hope there's a pro videographer amongst us. lol. Darren knows the guy behind YAER, but we'd probably have to pay him a lot of money since he does legit stuff only. :D

I'm down to get a little footage together. If anybody has some creative ideas. I'm down to film.

@HATED1 hey, can you get someone from seattle onboard? especially if they have something that can film 1080 in 60fps so we can at least have all our footage in similar format. It'd also be awesome to get someone from BC to do the same.

Footage of cars with obvious city backdrops of Seattle, Portland, and Van BC would be noice! If ya know wut i means.

a cool shot from pdx would be right on the 405 bridge going north bound. There's a little pull off there.
