JDL Catted UEL header VS ft86speedfactory catted UEL

Hi, first of I did search but only found a thread from 2014, with no real answer of what my question is.

I'm looking to get a header, and it has boiled down to JDL or Speedfactory, it need to be catted so it might go thru the EU inspections.

What I want to know is which one is the best bang for the buck?
How is it after a long term use?
Dyno that compare them?
CEL with no tune`?
And how is the install and quality differences?

JDL got a plus side that they offer thermal coating

Links to the headers:
JDL: http://jdlautodesign.net/shop/ft86-c...length-header/
Speedfactory: http://www.ft86speedfactory.com/ft86...ader-1397.html

If this have been answered before, please delete this thread and send me the link for the correct place on PM :thanks:

Sorry for my crappy english, it's my third language.

Cheers from Norway.

I favor the low angle merge collector in JDL's. Welds are better too. Also the JDL will have more boxer rumble as there's a bigger difference in runner length between banks before the collector.

Both have lifetime warranties to the original owner.

You'll probably get a CEL eventually with either of them.

Sweet, and thanks  Looks like I'll go for the JDL with titanium thermal coating, when I got the cash for it aka after my 3week trip to japan ^^

And for tune, I want to wait until my warrenty is over, after you lose it if you tune the car.. but I can change from header to tips without losing the warrenty :D

If you have a tuning device that allows you to flash back to stock tune , waranttee should not be a problem.

The thing is when they really check for it, they will find it, not for normal service and stuff like that, but when you blow your engine becouse of that damn cam plate, they will refuse to fix it on warrenty becouse of tune ;)

There is a "counter" in the ecu, that count how many times it gets rewritten.
