Need a tuner after a forced induction install

Please help. I got a HKS kit I'm put ing in but need a tune. DB won't tune the car. Anybody used others? Reliable tunes?

Do you want a dunno tune, or an e-tune?

You'll need to let everyone know your nearest city if you want a dyno tune.

I've heard great things about Delious Tuning in California.

Good point! I would like a dyno tune. And I live in Brooklyn Park MN. Sorry for missing THAT critical data.

NA tune: just moto-mike
supercharger : just moto-mike
turbocharger : HRTuning & moto-mike

I'll be visiting Delicious once I get my sleeper build done... I'm just lucky to be less than an hour from their shop...

You've had imho the "BIG 3" of fa20 tuning recommended. Moto-Mike, Delicious tuning for the e tune and if you're lucky enough to be that close to fbm for a dyno tune then you're in pretty good shape with options. All these tuners have tons of experience and have done amazing things for the 86 platform and community. But this is coming strictly from tons of research not first hand experience. But I'd trust any of these guys with my car in a heartbeat. Best of luck with the build.

Did your kit include the F-con iS? If so it should be drivable on the base tune it runs to be able to drive (not abuse) your vehicle to the tuner. Otherwise you need to get it flashed before you can drive it.

Does the kit change the MAP sensor? If not you can drive it on the stock tune so long as you stay in closed loop. Obviously it's not recommend for long periods but you'd be able to get it to a shop that way.

Anyone know of any good dyno tuners on Oahu, Hawaii?
