Why is there a valve stem hole in the inside of the barrel?

I got 225/35 nankang ns20. the extra hole is for the tpms.

Wheels look good! Is that really +25 offset? Doesnt look that aggressive in the rear.

these are A disk and took about 2 and a half months to get.
