Need help!

Hello fellow members. This may be a stupid question but was wondering if you guys might know and have some feedback as well.
So two days ago my rear right tire pretty much exploded. It was super bald and I waited too long to switch the tires out. I was running 265 35 18 on an 18x10. And after switching the tires out yesterday to 255 35 18 it looks like something be off. Was wondering if you guys might know what might be wrong if there anything is. The left side looks fine and flush but the right side where the tire blew up looks sunken in. I'm not sure if it's because of the spare messed up the alignment or something. Also when I was driving home with my hazards on, halfway home my left blinker got stuck on and was solid and I was unable to turn it off. One of my friends said something could be grounded or something. Any input would be awesome. Haven't had time to take the wheel back off and check cause of work. Measure the length of your lower control arms, trailing arms, and toe arms. Do you have adjustable LCAs? Also, do a very thorough inspection of that wheel well to ensure no damage was done from bits of tire flying around.

Take pics on a level surface.
Right side quarter panel looks bent/damaged. |
Blinker is probably unrelated and could just be a relay. As somebody mentioned, any suspension mods? Its possible that the spare (donut) tire could have moved you out of alignment since the tire is slightly smaller that the other 3.
