Fog lights on with parking/running lights possible?

Just noticed that you can't have the fog lights on with the parking/running lights only. They only work with the headlights on.

Anyone have an idea how to get fogs with parking lights?

I spliced a wire in my tC to get my fogs on with parking lights. Don't know if that will be possible on this car.
