JDM:Password - Truster seller?
 
Just purchased one of their lip kits recently, I had to ask them twice to send me an invoice.

I made the payment within 24 hours from having received the invoice. After payment had been confirmed I gave them a week to give me my tracking number but never received one. I've emailed them twice about it now and still no response.

Forget the tracking number, I asked for an estimated delivery time as well but also didn't get it. Not even an order number.

I just wish to know if anyone has purchased from them before, and whether they do ship out quality products in a timely manner but just lack the skills in communicating with their customers?

If I still do not receive a reply i'm planning to just file a claim through PayPal for a refund. Thank God I paid via PayPal.

Password:JDM is a pretty reputable company.

I've never heard of JDM:Password. They probably sell a lot of things with companies like gooogle, ebey, and amezon.

If so, i've bought from them plenty of times. I actually just purchased something from them about a week or so ago. They didn't send me a tracking number or invoice (which they have always done in the past) but when I had reached out to them via email they got back to me saying it went out on XX date and I got it that week when I was suppose to.

I'd try calling them.

At least i'm not the only one not getting a tracking number then.

Purchased from them in the past and didn't have any issues .

Maybe they have someone new handling the invoices ?
