Exceptional customer service! Would order again from them in the future!

I emailed them about a price of a product yesterday and Josh @ImportImage responded in less than 10 minutes for the first email. Every email after that only took less than few minutes for me to get a reply from him.

Aside from responding quickly to the emails, he also helped me out with the price of the product. Not only did he price match the product of the competitor, he also beat it that price, saving me a little more than I expected. Placed the order over the phone, barely have to wait before Josh himself picked up the call and had my order done within a few minutes and shipped out on the same day. Even though I didn't get the tracking number until later during the day, I was surprised that my order was being shipped overnight.
