Excellent condition. A few minor scratches and blems from being on my car for almost a year. Nothing glaring. They still look fantastic and I would rate them a 9+ out of 10.
Relay/Flasher not included. The flasher from Tom's/Depo was not perfect and you will most likely upgrade it if you purchase new like I did. For those that do not know, an upgraded flasher allows the blinker to blink and a normal frequency. With the supplied flasher from Tom's, the first blink had a long delay before blinking at a normal rate. I would suggest Tap Turn. Please do a search on the forums for this mod.
