Cold Tear?

I went to the track last weekend and I think I got some cold tearing. Is it safe to drive on the street? I have had the tires for less then 2 months.

Normal chunking at the edges from overheating. More negative camber will fit that. If the tear doesn't go to the cord of the tire, you'll be just fine continuing to use them like normal.

Cheers, and props to you for enjoying your car at the track!

I have SPC Camber Bolts (-1.5º) do I need more? How can I tell if it went to the cord? could I do more track days with these tires or are the on street tires now?

You'll be fine. You ideally want around 3 degrees in the front.

you'll literally see wire on the tire. When you get really close, you can see it through the rubber (meaning u have less than 1mm rubber left). Keep an eye on the tire and use the tread depth indicators as a guide.

Your local tire shop should also be able to give you a free "paper" tire depth measuring ruler or doodad to help you out there.
