To be honest I over hyped myself on HIN. I expected too much lol. To me it was alright. I saw 4 GT86 and 2 BRZ. The only thing that got me pretty excited was that Danni Riel was there lol.

it wasn't really HIN it was HID, and they were successful as you were in a daze :bonk:

I went to HIN last year and it was butt. The hype it had back in the early 2000s isn't the same now.

The big shows are all about knowing / meeting people. If you don't have a lot of friends to talk to along with all the cars/attractions then you're going to be bored.

It was *kind* of worth it just to see the Liberty Walk Ferrari in person, but other than that, nah. I've experienced much better meets that are locally hosted and free.

Also, the models were scary. I don't go to car shows to see half-naked crack hoes prancing around - if I wanted that, I could go to Monday night strip club. I'm not going to another one, that's for sure.

Truth. I only survived hin tacoma last year because bob and the other 86 owners were there to hang out with.

agreed, but even formula d with friends got old. i am looking forward to our big 86 meet later this year.
