FRS bumper on BRZ

Got in a very minor fender bender with a larger truck today, long story short his metal bumper hit my car during my left turn and put cracks all over the passages side of it. What I am wondering about is if the STI lip that comes on the brz can be fitted to an FRS replacement bumper.

It won't fit. Different shape around the bottom. The STI lip is made to fit snug around the brz bumper shape. There are plenty of options for the fr-s bumper though.

There's more alternative in my opinions too, (aka clones/replica)

You may not get the best fitment around your headlights in the "tear duct" area as the FR-S lights are shaped slightly different.

Not true. Both headlights are the same. BRZ headlight just has a rubber cover over the tear duct area to keep the bumper from hitting it.

That is 100 percent correct. I swapped my bumper almost two years ago and it was a direct fit.
