Problem with Most Fresno "Car Enthusiasts" is: They are really not car guys and live the F&F lifestyle. But with Burger Flipping budgets.

I'm down to go to meets, but Kinda gave up. Rather just go auto-X than shoot the sh*t about how guys are gonna stance their FR-S.

Yeh true, back in 09, I would attend lots and many meets, even went 2-3hours drive to meet many new people, some came out to be like family members now.. Years pass got out of the car scene.. Then the frs/brz came out..having the mod itch again..

I'm in Merced and I've wanted to meet other people who drive these things around town. Unfortunately I do not have Facebook though, so I just created a very light one. When do you all usually meet?

They used to piggyback of the UC Merced Monthly car meets. @sdlynx usually posts in the FB group when the meets happen. Its summer right now so Im guessing no meets with campus closed.

I'd be up to hang out with another 86 in Merced. It's kind of rare that I can get a lot of folks together in this area, but Finch is right. Once August / September comes around, we'll probably have more gatherings.

In the meantime, I'd be happy to meet up with a few people. I'll throw out a feeler on the book of faces to see who's around.
