Scion Durability Survey

Not sure how many of you have been getting the email invite to participate in a survey about the Scion FRS, but as I was going through it, I noticed that whoever setup the survey got lazy, and included questions about stuff that we don't have in our cars (moonroof, anyone?)

Then I got to this page, and snorted in disbelief.

Is the "Lacks power" question extremely tongue-in-cheek, or are they serious? lol

I'm going to make a note about the coolant...Pretty sure it's just evaporating due to stop & go traffic in socal, but heck, just add it to their list of things to improve on.

Aaaaand it looks like we have 4 wheel drive too!

LOL this is a terribly put together survey....

I have not seen the whole thing but just reading what is posted here looks like it was written by a teenager that just went through the complaints on here and wrote them word for word. Is this confirmed to even come from Scion?
Even the title is dubious in it's wording. "Durability Product Quality Survey"? Really?

It's a survey from ScionLAB, and I doubt it was created to ask about the FRS only which is why some of the equipment and features didnt match.

Ahhh so not an official Scion/Toyota site at all. That explain things a bit. Even if meant for all Scions the AWD drive question still makes no sense. The "survey" was probably written by some intern that just looked here for what people were complaining about.

I dunno, this looks pretty official looking to me:

it's not asking if it lacks power and you wish it had more. it's asking if you have engine problems and the engine is having trouble generating power. it's a durability and quality survey. not a complaint/wish list

aegisdrgn 05-06-2015 01:04 AM

But you know people are going to take it out of context and complain. That's the 'beauty' of the internet. =X
