The Ridge Motorsport Park

i've signed up, hope to meet some of you out there!

Looks like there's on on Friday May 15th at Portland Raceway as well. Also looks like there's one every month for both Ridge and PIR. I need to branch out more and try out the Ridge since I've only been to PIR and ORP. Plus I need more track stickers for my rear windshield. ;)

I'll have to hit one of these up!

Im gonna register for this month, 4 days before my bday. Self gift.

I'm supposed to be promoting these things but they send me 20 E-mails a week and I'm kind of tired of getting them... Someone that goes let me know if they're fun and worth it please.

Seems kind of spendy for an hour of track time, I might come and watch though.

as an autocrosser, it is a bargain. 40 bucks for 4-10 mins of track time vs 125 (with coupon) for 60 mins.

either way, it'll be fun to toss around the 86 without fear of a ticket.

We drop $190 for 80 minutes Doug. Its pretty much right on with the pricing and I don't have to burn a vacation day.

Edit: I'm not counting ORP

We will be having one at NCM Motorsports park starting this month.

Well, to be fair, the CSCC days are some of the more expensive ones I've done. Most of the club days are a better value. This year I'll be doing at least 4 with an average price of $1.25 per minute. 2 at PIR, 2 at ORP, probably one of the hooked on driving buy one get one free days too, then whatever Audi, BMW, or Porsche days catch my fancy.

Best of the year so far was $135 (with lunch) for 150 minutes including a 40 minute session at the end. And there's another one later in the season for the same price and ten minutes less time but the last session is a full hour (let's see if my heat management mods have really payed off) :party0030:

it was nice meeting a couple 86 guys last night! sadly, an s2000 tried to be a hero and hit the wall (on the front straight) so the track officials cut our second session short, and then wouldn't let us hot-lap for our final session. kind of a waste of money/time, but still fun..
