These head units seem much more iPhone friendly than Droid friendly.

@fika84 when you received the email, was your WiFi on? My phone had a habit of doing that if the wrong WiFi band was selected.

@Bobblehead. Yeah and I was connected to WiFi. I just drove home with everything except the music disabled in the car and it worked fine without disconnecting once. I even received emails and text messages.. so maybe that did it!

Doesn't really matter since I'm putting in a Pioneer AVH-X5700BHS within the next couple of weeks, but nice to have it until then anyway.

I found my issue. I had turned off auto connect for the music, but there is another auto connect in the hands free part. With everything turned off it works like a champ! Just in time to swap HU's.

My last phone had major issues, random disconnects, wouldnt reconnect, had to delete all BT and start over, etc.

Got a new phone (moto droid hd) and all of the prolems went completely away.
I had forgotten that I even HAD problems prior to this phone.

Did you get the Lollipop update?

There has been a few reports of this sort of thing.

Not sure about the Note but for the OnePlus there is an option in the Developer tools to change the default media binaries the phone uses.. fixed my issue
