This is the closest thing that I could find searching. You might be able to make it work for you - EBAY. If you search that image it comes up with a bunch of weird websites that were showing the image..

I would try showing the image to someone in parts at a dealer that is good with finding rare items.

@fika84 thanks, I did come across that in my searching and I might end up trying it. I actually work for a Toyota parts department and I have been trying to find it in the parts catalog but no luck yet. Thanks again!
