Loud clicking sound when slowing down in neutral

This has been happening since I got the car brand new.
I have about 1600 miles on the brz.

So when I speed up to about 4th or 5th gear and come to a stop in neutral the care makes this loud clicking sound. Also the weird thing is that this only happens when I have my ac turned on. The sound is really loud and also shakes my shifter stick. This can't be normal right?

Well, it could be the sound (clicking) and result (engine laboring a bit) of the A/C compressor clutch engaging the compressor.
