Hello, I recently joined the site and picked up a 2013 firestorm red FRS
wondering if there's any members out around Port Hope, Cobourg, area?
I would be interested in meets, coffee, drives .

Hey, Hagbard , yep done that road alot, mostly by bicycle, did it a few days ago in the car and its pretty rough on the east end.
I just moved to port hope from Bowmanville, and i still work in Bowmanville, hope we can hook up sometime :cheers:

I'm in Whitby, @Trac Toy is around Bowmanville, there's another white FRS in Whitby but not sure if he's on the site or not.

Yep, I'm in bowmanville, @Jay2420 is in whitby with a white one, there are a few others around that I believe just belong to non-enthusiasts..

I saw a red FRS, around liberty and concession,Last week. haven't seen any around Port Hope yet. If you see a red one , My plates last two numbers are "86", thought that was cool

I don't live in the area but I work in the Newtonville 401 area so I frequent the lakeshore drive quite often whenever I have to boot up to port hope. Its an enjoyable drive.

That may have been me, I live near that intersection. I see a red fr-s on Taunton road several times each, if that is you I believe we have exchanged waves

Just Met a guy at the Convenience Store Here in Bowmanville with a FRS, Nice to meet someone else in the Area with the Car, This me on the site! with the turbo brz.

Havn't hradly driven mine at all this year, two track days. Thats it. busy with work, and can't be bothered moving vehicles around to drive it.

2013 with less than 25,000 km on it. lol

Oh yeah, I should probably update that, I bought a 2 door expresso with a DOHC and every option imaginable for 900 bucks as a winter beater... needed a lot of work and couldn't find a 2.4 for it so I just sold recently. I've always kinda liked neons though... my friends are really into SRT4s and srt4 swapped first gens. I'm hoping to find a super clean first gen one day to do a 2.4 swap in.

Lol, you'd love what I have in my garage currently.

I found a super super clean 98 R/t under neath the body is rust free. The suspension bits are rusty but that's to be expected, but like i said the body is rust free.

the 2.4 is prepped ready to go in, new koni str struts and mopar xtra high rate springs, new brake lines, new calipers, blah blah blah....

interior is like brand new, super clean.

Stock 2.4 (non turbo). Runs 1:39's or better on the GP track at CTMP.
