Loud Ripping Sound
 

So I was driving around 79mph this morning on the free way when out of nowhere I hear a loud ripping sound. It sounds very similar to hitting large stuff in the road and having it drag really quickly, but it was louder, near the passenger wheel/tire and shook my whole car. I didn't see anything on the road so it could've have been that I hit anything.
I pulled over immediately thinking I blew a tire, but nothing. A quick visual inspection in the engine, at the wheels, under and around the car showed nothing..
Anyone ever have anything happen like this and or have any idea what it could've been/what to check out?


No mods besides a muffler delete.
